The sense of belonging is one of the Salvation Army Booth Center’s organizational priorities. All employees participate personally in the well-being of men in trouble.

A multidisciplinary team assures the well-being of residents and the financial, spiritual and administrative health of the Booth Center. Thus, our Director of human resources tries to be sure that the right person is assigned to the right job.

The Booth Centre also invites you to put your professional expertise to good use. We work hard at providing practicums for University and college students. These practicums give students hands-on experience, and also give employees of the Booth Centre opportunities to review and pass on their intervention practices.
